Although we’re all going to die someday, it’s not something we always take time to talk about, and balancing culture and queerness might mean our wishes look different to what others may assume. You are invited to a community discussion about death and dying. Be a part of a relaxed conversation about end-of-life concerns in a safe and welcoming space. |
ACON's LOVE Project is partnering with Inner West Council to bring you the second Intergenerational LOVE Club Gathering, a community event for LGBTQ+ people aged 18 and over, along with our allies and carers. It's a safe, welcoming and respectful space to enjoy some social time, connect across the generations and find out about local health and support services. Come along, bring a friend and be part of it. |

Grief is a universal and a deeply personal human experience that profoundly shapes us and our lives. This one day in person workshop offers participants ways to come to understand loss and grief. What it takes from us and, in turn, what it may give us. This gentle informed and engaging workshop is open to all LGBTQ+ people 18 years and over, PLHIV (people living with H.I.V), Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander, and Multicultural communities. |
The Art Gallery of NSW and ACON's LOVE Project have partnered to offer free monthly art experiences for LGBTQ+ people and allies, 18 years and over. All genders, sexualities and cultural background welcome. The Art Gallery wants to share their collection, exhibitions and passion for art. You are invited to monthly visits, offering a stimulating and inspiring experience with your wellbeing as its focus. It offers the opportunity to take some time to engage deeply with artworks and discuss your observations and insights with others. |
